Patient  Coordinator

Angela grew up in the Kansas City area and graduated from Ruskin High School.  Angela began with the practice in 2008. Angela is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her three children.






 

Jenifer

Financial Coordinator

Jen graduated from Grain Valley High School.  She is an honors graduate of the dental assisting program at Concorde Career College. Jenifer joined the practice in 2010. She is the mother of a 6 year old son, Bryson, who is the love of her life. She loves cats and has one at home named Truman.  Reading is one of her hobbies as well as going to the gym to burn off the calories that she ate earlier in the day!

Nikki

Registered Dental Hygienist

Nikki Hayes attended UCM nursing school and graduated with a BS in exercise physiology. She continued her education at UMKC School of Dentistry in Dental Hygiene where she was her class vice president and a member of Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society.  She has practiced hygiene for fourteen years beginning at the practice in 2005 and has loved every minute of it.  She has three boys she adores and loves to exercise and eat chocolate. If you like to be entertained, Nikki will accommodate you for a fun filled hour.

Sarah

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah has lived in Lee's Summit her whole life and graduated form Archbishop O'Hara High School.  She always knew she wanted to go into dental hygiene because of her desire to help people and loved going to the dentist as a child,  Although a die hard Missouri Tiger fan, she decided to cross the border and go to the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College.  Sarah became a licensed dental hygienist in 2010 and began at the practice shortly after graduating.  Sarah and her husband Duston are expecting their first child in March.  Riley, their Sheltie, is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her new playmate.  In their spare time, they are water bums and love spending time at the beach or a pool.  

Jessica

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jessica grew up in the Kingville/Holden area and graduated from Holden High School. She then attended Southwest Babptist University in Bolivar to become a high school English teacher.  Two semesters in, that decision changed.  She took a semester off to try to decide what was next.  She began working in a dental practice and loved it!  She graduated from the dental hygiene program at State Fair Community College. She has been with the practice for 8 years. Everyday at the office is a blessing due to fabulous employers, amazing co-workers, and the best patients. Jessica has been married to Brad for 7 years and they have two adorable boys.  Garrett, soon to be 6, and Colton, soon to be 2, are the joys of her life.  

Kristen

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristen has been a dental hygienist for 18 years and has recently gone back to work with Drs. Flucke and Suchman and loves working with them and the staff.  She was born in Kansas City and grew up in Holden.  She attended MU for a couple of years before deciding on a career in dental hygiene.  Kristen earned a Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from UMKC School of Dentistry in 1994 where she was on the dean's list. She married Steve Rickman shortly after and moved to Independence where her husband started his chiropractic practice.  A few years later, they welcomed their twin girls, Zoe and Mia, into the world.  They then decided to raise their family in Lee's Summit.  In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with family, weekends at the lake and reading. 

Terri

Dental Assistant

Terri grew up in Lake Lotowana and graduated from Lee's Summit High School. She began working with Dr. Flucke in 1993. Terri is married to Joey and they have two boys.  They enjoy sports and being outdoors.  She also has enough pets at home to make a zoo including numberous reptiles, dogs and other creatures. 

Sam

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant   

Sam will get you seated and make sure you understand what is going to happen at your appointment.  She will do everything she can to make you comfortable while working alongside with the doctors in providing care.  Sam hails from the metropolis of Higginsville, MO where she helped her Mom build the ice cream empire of Shafer's Crazy Cone. Sam has been with the practice since 2006.

Racheal

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant    

Racheal has been a dental assistant for 3 years and trained at the Advantage Dental Assisting School. She obtained her Expanded Functions certification in fixed a removable prosthetics in Jefferson City, MO.  Additionally, she received her nitrous oxide and conscious sedation monitoring certifications from the UMKC School of Dentistry.  Racheal is a KCK native but grew up in Poplar Bluff, near the Missouri Bootheel,  living there until 2004 when her retail management career took her to Mountain Home, Arkansas where she met her husband Billy.  They relocated to Lees Summit 6 years ago and are raising their 18 month old son here along with two small dogs.  Racheal enjoys anything outdoors,yoga, and baking.
